A: Promotional material, copy, company logo, relevant photos, testimonials etc. The material can be provided on CD or hard copy in the post or via email.

Q: What do I need to do about the domain name for my company?
A: Net Grow will arrange this for you, when handling your website set-ups. A domain name with the Australian suffix ".au" needs to be closely related to the registered name of your business. To check for domain name availability click here.

Q: How long does it take to create a website?
A: Once all materials have been provided approximately 2-4 weeks on average.

Q: How often should I update my website?
A: Optimally every 3 - 6 months.

Q: How much does it cost to update my website?
A: For Net Grow to make changes we charge an hourly rate of $100.

Q: When will my site appear in the search engines and which ones?
A: Once your website is fully complete Net Grow will submit it to the major free search engines appropriate to your target public. It can take 2 months for all the search engines to list your site.

Q: Can I update my own website?
A: On certain websites this feature can be incorporated allowing changes to both text and images. This is useful where you require regular changes to your content. See the section on "Content Management".
